Question: how do i properly put fishing line on my abu garcia black max bait caster?
Answer: Brandon has the correct answer. The secret is to position the spool of line or have someone hold it so the narrow part of the spool is facing you and the line is coming off the top of the spool. The spool will be rotating when the line is coming off it.This is for the bait casters. This does not apply to the spin casting reels.
