Question: What did a woman feel when she cut her very long hair?
my mum has very long hair that just down to her middle thighs.She started to grow her hair when she was in her late 30's.Now she is 45 years old.She wears her black straight mane into a huge braid bun that fixed on her head with a big hairnet.Since every friend of hers does not like her super long hair,my mum cut it short today,to should length.During the cut,lot of tear came out from mum's eyes.She used to be a very strong one ,and it was my first time saw her crying.This whole day she was very sad,which made me very sad too.I thought mum treated her hair like her treasure,and now she has lost it and could never get back (due to her age).I would ask girls ,why my mum was so sad ,What did she feel when the hairdresser chop her long hair?I have no courage to ask her directly.
I really want to comfort her .what shall I say.Now she even can't watch her ponytail,or she would cryAnswer: well, she has had it attatched to her for so long, she must feel weird without it. i have hair down to my butt, and it is a part of me. i don't know if i would cry if i cut it, but it would feel like something was missing.

Question: i have 3 different types of natural hair, got any styling tips!?
i have never had a perm n i don't want to. i love being natural and everything that comes with it. different colors, styles, and over all versatility, i am nappy and proud! my problem is that my hair is not super nappy and its not exactly wavy either. it kinda just exists. my mom has like 5 types of hair in her head and she has passed down that problem to me. i have hard nappy coarse hair in the middle, wavy hair on the sides at the bottom, and strong hair at the top that gets very straight. I NEED HELP! i usually wear the afro puff or i wash it and braid it but it never comes out how i want it. i would really appreciate some styling tips or products i could use to help me out. thanks guys!

Question: what is the most southern point i can deep sea dive and see the great barrier reef?
i am going to be in brisbane in a week or two and dont have the time or funds to travel to cairns how much further north will i need to travel to be able to see the great barrier reef
Answer: The Great Barrier Reef peters out about 250 miles north of Brisbane -- the most southerly section still within the official GBR Marine Park is the Capricorn Section.
There's good diving out of Brisbane, too -- though I know you want to dive the GBR itself -- who wouldn't?! But if you get the chance, Brisbane's outer reefs (Flinders Reef and others around Moreton Island marine park) are worth visiting. Check out the day-trip schedules of the Brisbane-based day-boat "Nautilus".
The first Aussie diving I ever did was around Fraser Island, just south of the GBR Park limits and about 200 miles north of Brisbane. It was great, too, then I mooched my way up the coast as far as the Whitsundays. Didn't get to Cairns until my third visit!

What Are Scuba Diving Basic Rules?
To get close to the nature is the beauty of scuba diving . It can be tremendous fun and you learn a lot about underwater creatures and life.
Men and women can do this type of diving. Children also take to it easily. However, there some rules you should adhere before having your first dive.
To be able to dive, it is a basic necessity that you should know how to swim. It is not recommended for people with health problems to undertake this kind of diving. You should be in a good physical shape and have passed a physical check by a medical practitioner before starting a course for learning how to dive. Never dive if you have flu and wait until you are better.
Take proper training for diving. You have to take a recognized course with a recognized diving instructor. Get certified. This will serve as your proof that you have received and passed training. Be aware of your limitations. Don't go too deep.
Dive with a buddy. Never dive alone. This is one of the basic rules that you must follow for safety. Watch out for each other while scuba diving. Learn the basic signs which will be taught during your diving course. See to it that you understand them well. Learning diving signs could save your life.
It is important to know how to breather correctly. Breathe evenly and slowly and relax when you breathe. Never hold your breath nor take short shallow breaths. This may cause serious injury to your lungs.
Keep a scuba diving log book where you can record everything - all your dives, progress and any relevant information about your diving experience which may include the following:
Date
Time
Depth
Place
Description (for extra information)
You can have your instructor examine your log book and ask for necessary advice. You can also share this record with friends when discussing your diving experiences.
It will be worth the effort if you spend time in planning your dive. Do pre-dive checks with your diving buddy as well as examining each others gear. Test out and see if all quick release catches are working properly. Ensure proper connection of air and buoyancy compensator hoses. Examine tanks and see if they are full and switched on.
Use mask that is in good condition and fits properly. Review your diving signals with your buddy Discuss your dive plan and agree on it . Avoid diving without a buoyancy compensator or some other form of compressed life jacket.
Basic things to observe during the dive:
Fine-tune your buoyancy.
Equalize mask pressure if necessary.
Clear ears from time to time.
Never get far with your buddy.
When possible, move with the currents.
Get your buddy's attention if you experience problems and take action.
Never take unnecessary risks. Both your lives depend on it.
Guard your tank levels and maintain a good level of air (about 50 bars)
